A contract granted of Kyoto SME Technology Development Promotion Project.
Developed a new Perfect Clean adapting a collection of new technology such as the power system and the new air-cooled heat exchanger by flattening Palblat.
The academic "Incineration Sterilization Study Group" was established by the relevant academic and the industry leaders.

Year 2009

A contract granted of Japan Science and Technology Agency for the immediate support to the local needs project.
Succeed in the spore-forming bacteria sterilization at 400°C or above in collaboration with the Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine.

History of each product development

Palblat / 3D heater / M-DPF
1990 A porous metal foil "Palblat" was developed while researching to improve the accuracy of the battery electrode plate characteristics. The metal material was provided by Nisshin Steel Co., Ltd.
1998 A new heater called "3D heater" was invented on the process of developing various applications of Palblat.
Nov. 1999 Started a business venture under the guidance of Kyoto Commerce and Industry Department.
Aug. 2000 In DPF joint development of research and Graduate School of Energy Science, Kyoto University Professor Masahiro Shioji, he evaluated and proposed the concept of the exhaust gas removal device "M-DPF" utilizing the alternate combustion scheme. We then developed and completed the product.
July 2001 Applied for the certification of "M-DPF" as a diesel particulate reduction device in Environmental Bureau of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
At the request of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in December 2001, a "M-DPF" was adapted and mounted on tankers of Nagoya City Environmental Bureau vehicle for two year as a part of year 2005's emission control research study. The vehicles were supposed be approved for such a research by the Japan Automobile Research Institute.
Feb. 2003 The sales of "M-DPF" product has started from June 2003 after receiving the certificate from Tokyo and eight prefectures (Tokyo, Saitama, Chiba, Kanagawa, Yokohama, Kawasaki, Chiba, Saitama).
Feb. 2013 A contract granted of Kyoto SME Technology Development Promotion Project.
Succeeded in Palblat development with the through-holes and burrs by flatting processing.
Incineration Sterilization Type Air Purification System - Perfect Clean
Apr. 1998 After the development "Palbrat" of 1998, the "3D heater" was invented and it was applied for "M-DPF". Meanwhile, as one of the possible applications of "3D heater", we focused on the incineration process which has been a fundamental defense for plague and a new direction of the air cleaning by heat sterilization.
Jan. 2002 The heat exchange technology which does not cause condensation was jointly developed under the guidance of the Kyoto Institute of Technology crafts Department of Mechanical Systems Engineering Tsuchiya Hachiro professor. This removed the fear of resistant bacteria of by colonization which is the most important issue of "incineration sterilization type air cleaner."
The sterilization effect of the spray BCG bacteria (Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria test) was verified at Anti-Tuberculosis Association Tuberculosis Institute (Foundation) Basic research unit. Another demonstration of CFU bacteria mold (airborne fungi) sterilization effect was verified as well at the National sanatorium Tokyo hospital.
Apr. 2002 By Doi Kyousei researcher of Anti-Tuberculosis Association Tuberculosis Institute, the effectiveness as incineration sterilization type air-conditioning equipment is reported in the laboratory animal conference organized by the University of Veterinary.
Nov. 2002 At the Japan biosafety Society, Doi researcher and Professor Tsuchiya reported the experimental result on the sanitization of mycobacterium tuberculosis and the incineration sterilization effect of the airborne bacteria from the point of view of bio-hazard protection. At the same time, the product was announced and the sales of the product has started.
Mar. 2003 In respect to deodorant, a "3D heater with catalyst" was provided to Ken Ikeuchi laboratory at the Institute for Frontier Medical Science, Kyoto University.
Gas concentration test demonstrated 0ppm after treating with methyl mercaptan and hydrogen sulfide.
Mar. 2009 Granted an immediate support to the local needs project by Japan Science and Technology Agency.
Succeeded in spore-forming bacteria sterilization at 400°C or more in collaboration with the Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine.
